Which season is best for chick hatching?

In my personal experience, the best seasons for chick hatching are spring and summer.

Why? Typically, these seasons provide optimal conditions for successful hatching due to moderate to warm temperatures and longer daylight hours. The natural incubation period for chicken egg hatching takes around three weeks. However, there may be a difference of 5-7 days between summer and winter, leading to a possibility of spoiled eggs. When using an artificial incubator set at a temperature of 99.5°F, it takes 21 days in any season. After hatching eggs the next step is take care of chicks. Spring and summer is better than other season to take care of chicks also.
